Delicious Taco Bowls featuring perfectly seasoned ground beef, crispy potatoes, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and drizzled with Don Pancho Cilantro Lime Crema. A fiesta in a bowl, easy to assemble for taco night at home!
 Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Add diced potatoes to a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the baking soda and stir. Boil uncovered for 5-10 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain.
Put the potatoes back into the pot, add a swirl of olive oil to coat, and sprinkle in the taco seasoning. Stir until well coated.
Transfer the potatoes to a large baking sheet, spreading them out so they’re not touching. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the potatoes and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and set aside.
While the potatoes are baking, heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and no longer pink.
Add taco seasoning to the meat, stirring until well combined. Keep on low heat until ready to serve.
Assemble the Taco Bowls: Start with a generous layer of crispy taco potatoes at the base. Top with taco meat. Sprinkle with cheese, pico, guacamole, lime juice, tortilla chips and a generous amount of Don Pancho Cilantro Lime Crema Sauce. Top with cilantro and enjoy!
