A creamy, juicy pork chop dish that comes together in just one pan, seasoned with Gibsons seasoning blend and served with a garlic-infused sauce. Perfect for a satisfying dinner!
Season the pork chops generously with Gibsons and paprika, seasoning all sides.
Heat a large skillet and cover the bottom with olive oil. Sear the pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side until a nice crust develops. Remove from the pan and place onto a plate to rest.
Add butter to the pan where the pork chops were. Add onions and season with Gibsons. Cook until translucent and golden. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in stock to deglaze the pan and let reduce by half.
Reduce heat to low, add in half and half and let come to a simmer.
Return pork chops along with their juices to the pan and let cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, turning occasionally.
Taste the sauce for seasonings and adjust as needed. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Plate the pork chop and pour a heaping spoonful of the sauce over the top. Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes.
