Delicious pulled pork nachos that are perfect for Super Bowl gatherings. This dish requires advance preparation of the pulled pork which can be reheated and served atop a bed of tortilla chips. Full of flavor, these nachos are a crowd favorite, combining savory pulled pork with your choice of BBQ sauce and toppings.

1 bbq seasoning

3 tbsp olive oil

1 bbq sauce

Instructions

1: Dice the onion and place it in the bottom of the crockpot.

2: Pat the pork dry with a paper towel and coat generously with BBQ sauce.

3: Sprinkle BBQ seasoning generously over the BBQ sauce on each side of the pork.

4: Heat a skillet or pan, add olive oil, and sear the pork on each side for about 4 minutes until a crust develops.

5: Place the pork in the crockpot and add some BBQ sauce on top along with half of the beer.

6: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the meat is fork-tender and the bone can easily slide out.

7: Remove the pork from its juices, shred it with two forks, and add BBQ sauce to coat the pork, about 2 cups.

8: Serve the pulled pork on nachos or use it to make sliders.
